I run a small to medium based financial and insurance based business here in the middle of the United Kingdom. We have grown steadily over the last few years despite some, what can only be described as, challenging economic times.

It was important that these sales staff could have a simple and efficient way of forwarding copies of these fact finds and reports along with any invoices that were raised back to the main head office. This is for a variety of reasons including the completion of compliance requirements which is mainly worked on by our office based clerks.
This is where data capture solutions comes into its own. We have been using this software for the past twelve months and it really is an impressive piece of kit. It has made the lives of the sales force and the admin staff that much easier.
